Job Summary
The Commercial Manager will be working closely with senior management in identifying, evaluating, and executing commercial and investment opportunities within the APAC region.
Job Description
- Support and/or lead commercial the identification, evaluation and structuring of commercial opportunities across various markets in APAC.
- Conduct thorough financial and commercial analysis, including risk assessments, profitability, and return on investment (ROI) evaluations.
- Prepare detailed investment proposals and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and economic factors that could impact investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investment, finance, legal, and market teams, to ensure smooth execution of investments and commercial strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, investors, etc.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with a focus on maximizing value for the company.
- On request lead Project Finance processes for specific projects, including evaluation of available debt options, review of terms and conditions, negotiation of facility agreements, and managing due diligence, deal closing.
- On request lead divestment processes for specific projects across APAC markets, including investor outreach, evaluation of commercial offers, negotiation of divestment (sales) documentation and managing due diligence and deal closure.
